Warm weather is here! Join us every Saturday morning at 10:30AM at Thompson’s Station Park at the corner of Hwy 31 and Thompson Station Road. Bring your mat or towel and plenty of water because we are going to definitely work up a sweat!
TotalFitness in the park is a progressive circuit-style workout great for all fitness levels. No weights or equipment needed! All you need is you! The class is led by Certified Personal Trainer and President of Mountain Health Management, Nick Marrs. Come on out and enjoy the sunshine, get a great workout, and have some fun!
